Non-Completion of Course: If you request a refund and have completed less than 30% of the course, your refund will be processed without any questions. If more than 30% of the course has been completed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Course Access and Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems that cannot be resolved by our support team, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Course Cancellation: If a course is canceled by FX Labs Academy for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.

Duplicate Charges: In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing, FX Labs Academy will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge within 14 days of notification.

Non-refundable Circumstances

Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services, such as monthly or annual memberships, are generally not available unless statutory laws specify otherwise.

Purchased Course Materials: Any downloadable or consumable course materials purchased and accessed are not eligible for a refund.
